To promote and protect the physical and mental health of sufferers of life changing illnesses in the counties of Bridgend, Neath Port Talbot and Swansea through the provision of financial assistance, support, education and to provide items and services to help improve their quality of life, realise their rights, and remove some of the barriers they face.
